Layer 00 — Surface

An island that stopped answering.

The Ark Gene Group brought extinct species back on a remote island, and for a while the world watched. Then the transmissions stopped.

You land as a veteran commander with a small team and an unfinished base. Everything on the site log from here is yours to write.

Layer 02 — Systems

Four systems, one command.

The dinosaurs get the attention. The loop underneath them is strategy: build, staff, explore, research — in that order, over and over.

  1. Rebuild the complex

    Shelters, labs and defences. Upgrading the base is what unlocks everything else.

  2. Recruit the team

    Scientists, mercenaries and trainers. Some of them go on to become Dinoriders.

  3. Work the island

    Cross biomes for resources, handle events, and contain what is already loose out there.

  4. Study the ecology

    Hatch and train 100+ species. A roster is a strategy, not a trophy shelf.

Is it just a dinosaur game?

No. The dinosaurs are the setting, but the loop is 4X strategy — base building, research, squad growth and alliance competition. Expect timers and upgrades.

How long is a session?

Short check-ins work fine — collect, queue an upgrade, send a squad out. Longer sessions go into events, excavation and alliance work.

Do I have to play with other people?

You can get a long way solo, but alliances carry a large part of the late game and most of the seasonal events.

Which devices does it run on?
